Complaint: [redacted] G I am rejecting this response because:When placing the order by phone the business was told the shipping and billing address are different due to US post office policy of no direct delivery to the physical residence A phone call to review the information would have resolved the issue The order was cancel because we would not provide front and back photo copies of driver's license and credit card No other merchant has ever request photo copies of driver license or credit card We choose to order the parts from another creditable business which had no problem processing our order Regards, [redacted] ***

The home page text regarding the price match policy specifically states to see the terms and conditions regarding the policy for fulll details The entire policy is not written on the home page The legal terms and conditions for use of our site specifically states "Our Price Match Policy is a courtesy that Powersport Superstore, Inc chooses to provide, but the application of this policy is in no way guaranteedPowersport Superstore, Increserves the right to refuse to price match any competing retailer on any website or marketplace for any or no reason whatsoever." Separately, "Powersport Superstore, Increserves the right to refuse business to any customer or potential customer at our discretion." We are under no obligation to do business with you as you are under no obligation to purchase from us We have evaluated the price match request and have offered you that you may purchase the item from us for which includes the price of the item and shipping It will be delivered to you for We do not honor coupons from other websites in our price match policy Even if we did which we do not, we would have no way of knowing if you have already purchased from them and this "one time" use coupon would not apply to your subsequent order You may choose to purchase the item from us for 160.24, we will then give you a coupon for 5% you can apply toward a future order Or you may choose purchase from another vendor The price match offer at is an actual offer to price match per our policies and is therefore not a situation where you would get 10% off your next order because we "couldn't" price match Thank you Thank you

The customer has misread the amazon rules regarding this situation We are a third party selling IN the United States Our return address is [redacted] *** "Third party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States or pay for return shipping to an international address" We have provided a return address "WITHIN THE UNITED STATES." Payment for return shipping is required if we are requiring the customer to return the item to a return address that is NOT within the United States This statement has nothing to do with where the customer is located, but has to do with the location of the RETURN ADDRESS"If a seller does not provide a return address in the United States or free return shipping to an international address, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return." The customer should certainly file an A-to-Z claim on the order if they feel this to be in error That is the proper next step

Seems you had a different experience with the manufacturer than we did Because of the discrepancy, we have issued a full refund of the original order including the shipping AND an additional dollars for the return shippingThank you for your business

Thank you for your interest This issue has already been answered, please see previous response as it is still the appropriate response to this inquiryWarranty claims are handled by the manufacturer if we had been contacted prior to installation we could have helped Once installed any issues with the product are the manufacturer's responsibility including if the packed the box wrong originally They have a warranty department that will help

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: A message sent from me on 7/was not in fact returnedFurther communication after that date was returned starting 7/My issue is not necessary with the lack of communication but with the product itselfYou cannot sell a product and then say"sorry the manufacturer messed up your order, contact them"When you sell a product you should be confident that the product is what you say it is on your website and/or amazon, and when a mistake is made, you as the seller of the product should be responsible to fix the problem with the consumer.In regards to Amazon "having settled this issue"Amazon stated that I do not qualify for the A-Z Guarantee (which is a guarantee that amazon will cover mistakes for the consumer regardless of what the seller does) because of the time limit allowed for that Guarantee, they did not officially make a ruling that the seller should not be interested in fixing the problem that was caused on their end Regards, [redacted] ***

The manufactuer will condider them "installed" if they were bolted down If they were "placed" in the vehicle but the bolts NOT torqued down, they were not installed If the bolts were torqued down, that will leave circular marks on the metal which they will look for.Was the seat torqued down? If not we can send you a label to return for exchange Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:For simplicity sake, I am going to try and say this differently We ordered these pipes twice Once through [redacted] and once through Powersport superstore directly The [redacted] pipes were delivered for free as we are [redacted] prime customers The pipes were not broken and were packed tightly in the original box AS I PACKED IT MYSELF and am well aware of how they left our home The [redacted] pipes, being for the wrong year motorcycle, were returnedWe called you directly and reordered themThis reorder was place on 12/04/at 12:pm and we were charged $by you for next day airWe received them on 12/07.My complaint is about the service in general when you consider the entire story, we bought pipes TWICE from you within a few days of each otherYou were game to charge us for expedited delivery, yet not deliver them expediently and not refund the first order because you say 'we broke them and shipped them back incorrectly' this is a statement and yet, what can I do about it? You have the pipes, I do not Powersport Superstore would be the winner in this story, as they have the pipes PLUS half the cost of them PLUS full cost for the 2nd set of pipes PLUS $for UPS next day air shipping, yet held the item days before shipping Regards, [redacted]
