We apologize you are having this issue Per your message you stated you have called us and spoken with us directly in which we have helped you over the phone, by sending trouble shooting videos, and offering free parts We have also offered for you to return the bike to us as you mentioned you did not mind driving to our location To be honest we are surprised you opened a complaint because even from your own words we have offered a refund if you return the dirt bike, we have given support, have offered free parts, and the dirt bike is brand new We do apologize for the inconvenience you are having but again we are still offering parts as we always have on this issue

We apologize you are having this issue It appears you purchased two new items from us On 7/1/the new dirt bike and then on 8/16/a new ATV from us We do appreciate you coming back to our business to purchase the second item which was the ATV recently Regarding contacting our company times we cannot find that anywhere in our records We did have a conversation with you by text but that was a back and forth conversation where you mentioned a battery/solenoid was replaced and we have an email that was sent by you asking “how do I tighten the handle bars down”As far as we know those issues are taken care ofWe will be glad to help you out if you need further help We have tried to contact you several times in the last two weeks but have not heard a response back from you when messages were left Please let us know if you are still having issues so we can help

Yes I am being charged for the bike that I do not havePowersports distro said they would refund my money after I sent the bike backThey have had the bike for two weeksOw and I still have not had a refund

We apologize you are having this issue. Per your message you stated you have called us and spoken with us directly in which we agreed to replace parts that were damaged from shipping. This is a responsible / process we would do for any customer that experienced damage from
shipping or storage. What we have found by looking at your order is that a request was submitted by us to send out new parts and we were unaware you did not receive them. It is not our policy to take damage claims through a 3rd party but due to the fact we were already doing this and that it is a process of ours to replace damaged parts we will send out another set of new parts Unfortunately, when checking our records, we do not see any text messages or live chats from you regarding this issue. The company told me to let them know what parts I needed but then each time I told them they'd never respondThey basically said what they needed to for this situation but made no actual attempts to help me at allWhen I did not here a response about them sending I asked them to please let me know if they are sending me parts or not because I was going to be a few hours from there a few days later but still got no response until this claim was filedThe company did say they would refund the bike if I paid for the shipping and also said it would be really expensive if it was even possible because it now had gas in itI was sent a new bike that wouldn't run so the company should've replaced it or made it rightThey would respond to me until I told them what parts I needed then nothingThis is like buying a new car that won't run and having to take it elsewhere to get it runningThe company just kept giving me the run around and did nothing to help meI want my money back

We left several messages and emails regarding delivery of the ATV with no responsesWe only received a response when we submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com of MichiganThere was no misunderstanding on our part, there was NO RESPONSE from the company until nowI do not believe the product was at the shipping company, this is just an excuseThey would need to provide proof of documentation, shipping company they used so we could confirm ourselvesWe will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future, they are just full of excuses with no action until they are forced to respond such as reporting to the Revdex.com

The customer asked to wait for a specific color to come in before shipping.  That is the reason this ATV was not shipped immediately.  The customer has now been refunded.  If the customer would like to order again in the future, we will gladly upgrade their ATV purchase to the next...
