Hi, We were to come back and touch up the work Feb 10th which was not done correctly due to time constrictions because she was going on a vacationFirst, the contract states that we paint coats on all surfacesMajority of her trim work was painted 4+ coatsSecond, we asked the costumer to
mark with tape any imperfections and make a listThe last day we were there we took care of all the ares she markedWith that said, we went over and beyond for her as we go for all of our costumersWe want all our costumers to be happy with our work, it's our main goalAfter she denied our services on Feb 10th because she wanted me to personally paint (a project manager) but not our head painter that I sent to finish our work properly and disconnected my call after I informed her that I wont be coming, she had her husband contact me and threaten me over the phoneHe used a disrespectful and harsh languageI would have been happy to finish work, but I cannot when I got harassed and threatened.The contract that both parties signed for this painting project states "Power Works, LLC may cancel the contract at any time for "harassment" of the employees by the owner."Due to the threats, harassment we canceled the contract immediately.Thank you, *** ***Project ManagerPower Works LLC
