I have just spoken to your plant manager and he tells me that we are willing to replace the unit since there is not an authorized service center in this customers area We have left three voice mails for this customer, however, he has not returned our call as of this morning We will continue to try to reach him

We called the customer and she explained to us that the vacuum would clog up with hair and thus the brush roll would not turn. We had no record of her calling our free technical service team to trouble shoot her vacuum and she confirmed that she did not call us and that she had someone
to take it apart and clear it up. We explained that it is the consumer’s responsibility to maintain their equipment from clogs and if hair was wrapped around the brush roll, they would need to remove it to fully function properly. When we asked her where the unit was, she said that she had already disposed of the unit. Without the unit returned she said she wanted us to compensate her for us. Since we are unable to receive the unit back, we denied her request. We did offer her a new vacuum at a deeply discount amount and she denied

I am rejecting this response because: The unit is substandard in quality. I had to pay some times to "maintain" the unit by taking it apart and cleaning it of hair and debris. So I did maintain it. It still stopped working and did so continually. On the 4th time I refused to pay again to have the hair and debris removed. They only offered a "greatly reduced" price yesterday. Why would I pay Powr-Flite more money for another piece of garbage? Taking it to have it "repaired" by them is senseless because it is not broken, it's just a piece of junk. Very cheaply made, as confirmed by the mechanic that cleaned it for me. I reached out twice in email, once in a letter, but they only responded when Revdex.com contacted them.I wasn't going to spend time and money on it and it is such a piece of junk, you better believe I threw it out. There was no hope for it. I want a refund. Their product stunk. $was too much for this by about $150.
