We decided to install our solar system with Powur because we felt the approach was a much more transparent and engaging one than the salesy impersonal approach we'd get from another company. From the contract experience all the way through to installation - while we did have some delay due to a necessary main electrical panel upgrade (that was very clearly a PG&E utility delay) - I felt the experience was as smooth and pleasant as could have been! And the utility delay being another reason I was happy to go solar - very much a confirmation, so to speak.
