Review: I had contacted Revdex.com a few months ago in regards to Mr. Peter P[redacted], the owner of PP Cousin Plumbing Mechanical Inc. about May or June sometime of this year 2015 and the poor service he provided as well as breaking the contract after my deposit of $1000.00 was put down, He was scheduled to do a shower restoration on or about April **, 2015. I had informed him that I was going to Arizona for a couple of weeks and he assured me that he will have it down by the time I get back. We are now in September 2015 and I still have the same with Mr. P[redacted]. I had to contact him because he was not contacting me at all to come to a resolution. We spoke and we both acknowledged that the work was incomplete and there is a balance of $400. I asked him for my warranty for a previous job he did as well the shower restoration an he said to me his "[redacted]" I took and showed pictures to him by text messaging to show him how it still looks. He also left a hole in the wall from a previous job in which he said he had to bust a hole in the wall in order to attach some piping. I have called and texted and I am still not getting a response from neither Mr. P[redacted] nor anyone for that matter.Desired Settlement: I would like him to finish the job being that $400 is owed out or a $2500 balance that he charged me. I would like the shower to look as if it is worth the money that I spent.

Review: I have used PP Plumbing Mechanical Inc. run by [redacted]n the past for repair issues to be done to my house such removing and installing a new water tank, installation of new pipes for the kitchen sink and such. I used his services because he has done a wonderful job during these times being that he has 30 professional years of experience in this field as he says. Around the ending of February to the beginning of March, I asked [redacted] for an estimate as to what would it cost to fix the basement stand in shower. The tiles to the shower were collapsing and I felt it was a bit unsafe. He gave an estimate of $800-$900 as of $900 being the max. April [redacted] 2015 came and I asked him was he able to start doing the repair to shower and he said yes and he even said he can do the bathroom tiles for $300 which would cost $500 normally. Initially the agreement was for $900 but he then raised it to $2300. I questioned it but he didn't respond I gave him a deposit of $700 cash and $300 by debit card totaling $1000. I explained prior to him that I was to leave to AZ on Saturday April [redacted] and returning on Saturday April **. He guaranteed me it will be done. It was not. I called him that Saturday with my concerns and he said he will come Monday April [redacted] 2015 to finish the job. He did not. I called and texted and he told me he was coming shortly. 3 hours he called saying he was in car accident. I expressed my concerns once again and he called me a "nagging customer" and how the work was finished and to keep my money and he wasn't coming back. I told him of the hole left in my shower wall, the faulty faucet dripping water, and my hot water wasn't working and he ignored me. I then told him this was going to become a legal issue and he said something and hung the phone up very rudely in my ear. Upon my arrival back home on April [redacted], 2015, [redacted] and his workers left dust and cement on my TV, shoes,and electronics. He did this as well to a customer that I referred him too prior to this incidentDesired Settlement: I gave him a substantial amount of time to complete this task and with a 3 man team working on this, I figured it was going to be a breeze. [redacted] made no offering to come fix what him and his workers did. I would like for him to pay for the work that I have to hire another licensed contractor to fix what [redacted] and workers did not do.
