We had a flood in our bathroom so I called PPD RestorationsThey came to our home in no time and right away started working to solve and fix the problemsErick, the man who came first was very reassuring and made us feel like we were in good hands He explained to us what to expect and what the process to restore our home was going to be like They worked around our schedule and things were done as promisedAll the contractors that worked on our home were very professionalWe were quite please with the end result and couldn't really tell that we have had a flood after all

We had the tragic event of our septic pump failing which caused the most disgusting sewer backup into our basement. When I discovered it I was deeply concerned about how to clean up the filthy, smelly sewage. I called PPD Restorations right away. I am so grateful that I called them. Within an hour and half their extremely professional technician arrived with all the equipment he needed to clean up the horrific mess. He assured me he would take care of everything. By the time he left, our basement was clean, the dreadful odor was gone and the powerful dehumidifiers he installed had already begun to dry things nicely.

Over the course of the repairs, PPD staff keep me completely informed of what was going to happen, they coordinated convenient times for their workers to come and do the work required. I found all their staff to be highly skilled, competent, friendly and trustworthy. I am very please with the quality of their workmanship. The basement looks fantastic.

We suffered a flood during a very extreme rain event. PPD Restorations was recommended to us so we had them come in. From the moment the first crew came in to remove all the water and tear out damaged material to final completion of repairs, everyone at PPD was wonderful. We were always aware when contractors would be coming to work on things and they were always neat and tidy. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do, I know who I'll call.
