Review: I have had nothing but problems from them from the beginning I have been trying to transfer money from my ppl account to my wells fargo account it have taken two weeks, then they completed the transfer wrong and blamed it on me they told me that I did it wrong!I can read from and to. needless to say this is not the first time that have transferred money and I work in the information technology field, because of their error I was forced to pay and over draft charges and if I want to get my money where it needs to be I have to pay for it via fedex for next day service, and they also said that they had not record of any transaction at all I had to give them the transfer information because it wasnt in their system but the money is there in the ppl account so how did it get there? I also gave them the confirmation # and no one called me back after that now I have to pay almost 50.00 just to get my money to my desired account. I believe in taking responsibility for my mistakes but there is red flag when the institution cannot tell you anything about you transaction whatsoever.Desired Settlement: the amount to overnight my check 24.00 and my over draft charges which is 35.00

Review: I am paying on a credit card I have had with my credit union for years. I had a hardship in my life (divorce) and I was trying to do my best paying my bills. My credit card is inactive & I agreed to pay my debt back with a direct deposit of $30 biweekly out of my pay into the savings account & they take those payments & apply it to my balance. They are also charging me approximately $31 interest every month for the last 2 year. The balance was around $4095 and has only been reduced to $3300. At this rate I will be paying this for the next 7 years.Desired Settlement: I want interest that I have been charged since December 2011 to be credited and no more interest charged for the remaining balance. I cannot use the card anymore so there will be no more charges applied and they are guaranteed the $30 biweekly because they are taking it out of my paycheck and applying it to the balance.
