Review: I ordered tile from [redacted] at PPL Stores LLC. This tile was delivered in the wrong color, so I refused the shipment. The tile was re-ordered in the correct color, however after waiting another six weeks, when the tile came in two of the 7 boxes were a different color (the dye lots did not match) and not usable. Again I refused the shipment. I've requested a refund as I cannot wait any longer to start our home project. Calls and emails to [redacted] have gone unanswered, and my credit card to date has not been refunded.Desired Settlement: For [redacted] to refund my credit card asap as he has held my money for over three months now.

Review: I ordered 2 bathroom vanities from PPLvanities.com After ordering the vanities my credit card was immediately charged and I received no communication from PPL on my delivery or order status. 2 weeks later I called their number and send numerous emails to inquire about my order. A man by the name of [redacted] called me back to schedule my delivery. That was about the 28th or 29th of january. Delivery was scheduled more than 3 times over. Some of this delay occurred due to weather I was told. On the 13th and 14th of february I was contacted by [redacted] to once again cancel the delivery due to weather. He indicated he would call me the following week to reschedule. The following week I recieved no call so I called myself. The delivery was again rescheduled to February 26th between 12-5pm. On February 26th there was no delivery, phone call or email indicating any delay. Since February 26th I have been trying to call PPL to determine what happened and I have not been able to reach anyone. Not through any phone number or email path they have listed on their website.

I went to the PPL company website which has many other PPL divisions and tried to call their main number and the strangest thing happned. The phone started to answer with PP, then later in the call it was connected to an [redacted] insurance phone number completely unafiliated with PPL. When you check thier website, most information outlets or areas to click dont work. They default or just plain do nothing. Their online chat is never online to assits, their customer service button doesn't work. It's like they have a perfect looking page, but there's no content behind it.

Out of desperation I called the vanity manufacturer to determine if this company was valid. The company I called was Silkroad Exclusives who makes the vanity I purchased. I called them twice. Once early on to ensure this company was legitamate and secondly on the 28th because I was unsure of what was happening to my order. They informed me that this company PPL was a drop shipper for them since about 2010. To their knowledge they are still in business. When the lady who handles their account looked up my order she indicated to me that it was cancelled on the 28th of January by PPL. For about 4 weeks this person [redacted] has been scheduling and rescheduling deliveries with me while the whole time he was not in the possession of my order (which he indicated he was) and he cancelled my order. During the 4 week time I was not credited on my credit card or made aware the order was cancelled. I'm very confused as to why this went on so long scheduling deliveries when in fact my order was cancelled.Desired Settlement: I have filed a claim with my credit card company to refund my payment. I want others to know that this company is not what it seems. I would like to have my credit card refunded and receive my money back. I would also like an explanation as to why this person did this.

Review: Vanity was damaged during shipment, was supposed to receive a full refund for 1,199.00 on August 1, 2013. To date have not received a refund on the credit card. After initial call and promise for a call back business has not responded to messages or e-mail.Desired Settlement: Refund to my credit card for 1,199.00 as promised.

Review: I ordered from a subsidiary of PPL Stores (PPL Tile). I was charged for the order in full, but did not receive all of the tiles. I was promised the balance of the tiles. Eventually the owner stopped returning my call and e-mails. I also have other tiles I need to return because I couldn't complete the tile pattern without the missing pieces.Desired Settlement: Refund of $468.62

Review: They provide a very poor service. We ordered the Office Desk 6/28/13. They charged the full amount and told us that the delivery will be in 2-3 weeks. On 7/22/13 we called to [redacted] (sales rep.) and he promised to deliver the next day, on 7/23/13, he canceled the delivery and promised to return the money to our credit card within the next 72 hours. We have not got the money and when I spoke with [redacted] again on 7/27/13, he promised to give us a call on 7/29/13. He never called us and we did not get the money back.
