I made contact by the homeowner by phone on 9-16- We discussed the situation in detail On the work order we did not indicate the removal of the stumps however we went ahead and removed them for her today We also replaced her dead boxwoodAll work is completed and we forwarded the homeowner pictures of the completed work!

*** *** and *** *** contracted PPM to remove vey dead poplar trees located on the side of their property. We arrived on the scheduled Saturday in early January to complete the work. We unfortunately had a log break when it hit the ground and damaged the siding on the
outside of the house, approximately a 4xsection. *** called my office to inform us of what happened, I immediately called *** and was on the jobsite within an hour. We completed the remaining trees as I assured her we would make the necessary repairs. Immediately upon completion of the tree work we purchased the supplies for the outside siding, made the repairs to ***'s satisfaction. We in addition to the scheduled tree work on the work order removed a few other tree stalks in her yard as an added bonus. A short time later *** had called back to say that a portion of the drywall had been pushed in opposite the siding, I immediately returned to evaluate. I informed *** that I would send a crew that does drywall and paint to correct. ***'s total job was $as I collected $and informed *** the balance of would be due after all necessary repairs were made. *** requested that the repair crew come out Saturday January 30th at 9:A.Min which we arrived on time. There are to steps in replacing the 4xsection of drywall. *** allowed us to complete steps in which I have pictures of the repaired drywall and now she will not return phone calls for PPM to complete the last and final step. We do have a balance of as well. I have tried my very best to make an unfortunate mistake be corrected. I would consider forgiving the $balance based on some cooperation on the homeowners side

Revdex.com: I agreed to just saying this is resolved my wall was not finished or completed , I DID answer all calls an texts from this company they just did not show up for a week that I was off work to complete the taskI was told by the lady [redacted] on the phone that if I just took down the bad review off his sight an told you guys that this is complete then he would wave the rest of the fee owed to them $ in which I don't think we should pay anyways, it was NOT a tree that had broken that hit my house it was a piece that they cut down an it hit my house along with many other pieces that were hitting it But whatever I now have to complete the fix myself cause I do not want this company coming into my home to finish at this point an that's what I told themI told them fine I will delete bad review an tell you guys its complete an over I will not deal with this company again.? So at this time RESOLVED all over I will finish the job an NOT pay them the rest of the money owed in which would have been paid if my house would not have been damaged, an also nothing was done or removed extra from my yard, we didn't ask them to remove anything extra so if they did an I don't see anything they did but the trees that they were to remove that's on them we didn't ask for extra, they should do what is asked an not extra
