Good Afternoon, In response to Ms [redacted] complaintMs [redacted] moved in with her family to a home in Rio Rancho, Ms [redacted] was just starting her business and we accepted her even though her credit was not the bestEnclosed are letters from Ms[redacted] addressing some of these issues she brings up, they pretty much answer most of her complaint If Ms [redacted] asked the utilities to turn off the utilities on the first they would have accommodated her, she was given the first available(I called and asked for those dates for turn on on another property and PNM had no problem with this When Ms[redacted] contacted us about the turn off , she was given the opportunity to change those dates ,but refusedIt is plainly in her contractTenant disputes are always rough I wish they would read their leases
