This company continually calls our place of business when I have told them for years to take us off their call list Their sales people are rude and always say we have never asked to be removed They call from spoofed numbers as well as numbers that do not indicate the company's name I have NEVER spoken with anyone who is polite - they have all been argumentative and unwilling to accept that we will NEVER do business with them Once I find out it is them, I still tell them to remove our number but instead of trying to reason with them and then listen to them yell at me, I hang up on them now

Review: Company will call you and tell you they offer a deal then mail a package to you if you like it you pay for it. I was told that if I didn't like one item out of said package I could return only that item. I agreed and wrote down sellers name. Once item arrived it was overpriced and I wanted to return only that item. Now they will not break up the package as they said they would so I have to return whole package. A waste of time and money. As now I have no items and cost me a total of 68 dollars with nothing in hand after shipping and insurance both ways.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund with shipping costs and also a call tag sent to me for return shipping .As your company did not fulfill their agreement. If you would like the recording of said agreement over the phone I can arrange that. All phone conversations here are recorded through an app.to protect us from these scams. Or you can simply sell me just the item I wanted in the first place when called in. And your rep sold me a whole kit. Then send me a call tag for the return of the crimper tool.

Review: I bought 2" brown roll-lock abrasive discs. They claimed to have a unique product with "sterite" for super long life and cutting. The discs last a very long time, but stop cutting well after only the first minute of use. They almost stop working all together so that I tried a second disc long before the fist was consumed. I returned the product and have had 4 weeks of non-returned calls and broken promises about a replacement product and a refund. Today they agreed to refund less a 20% restock fee. I had to pay freight back for the product. I said NO - satisfaction guaranteed means nothing except "they keep your $ either way". I have initiated a dispute with my c.card. I am a business owner since 1990 and an L1 ASE master technician - I use these discs daily and the product PR Supply is selling is junk from the word go - additionally their satisfaction and returns policy and handling are awful!Desired Settlement: They should have issued a 100% refund the day the product was returned to them.
