Note I have highlighted some of the more relevant sectionsNowhere do I see anything that gives Brompton the right to void the warranty against manufacturing defectsWhat I see is that they will not cover damage caused by any other reason.In the Warranty Update section they state a number of conditions but nowhere is it stated that any of these free them from warranty for manufacturing defects on components supplied by them, Nor can they as this would be in violation of the Civil code for Implied Warranty
