Just this week, we called them again as we had no water supply to the house (we are on a well/septic system). The owner of the company came out himself, as no other plumbers were available, and quickly diagnosed the problem as being with the well pump. He connected us with a company offering that kind of service (who did fix the problem), and then called us this evening to follow up and ensure that the problem had been fixed. Now that's above and beyond!
