[redacted] is a previous customer who scheduled an appointment for an estimate on 6/9/16. She agreed to purchase 4 double hung windows which required us to enclose 2 openings and create 1 opening. This would include drywall with tape and mud only on the interior and a stucco finish on the...

exterior (only for the areas we were working on). The contract amount was $9979.17 with tax it totaled $10,696.42 and Ms. [redacted] paid a down payment of $5000 leaving her balance at $5,606.42.On 6/20/16 after her exact measure she decided that she wanted more work added to her order. We went out and wrote an addendum (which she signed) to include; tear out a large existing window and re-framing the opening to 47"x 47" to fit a new 2-panel slider. The work also included interior drywall with tape and mud and stucco finish on the outside. The addendum was $2160.48 with tax it totaled to $2,315.76.We installed the job on 7/21/16 and did a walk through inspection. Ms [redacted] signed off on both of our post installation inspection sheets and we provided her a copy of the invoice at that time.Normally we ask the customer to pay immediately after installation. She told our lead installer Leo A[redacted] that she would mail us a check.Shortly after Ms. [redacted] called us and said that her HOA had an issue with the stucco patch not matching her existing stucco 100%. We immediately went back out and addressed the issue for her and made sure that her HOA was good with the work. We did all this with her still owing us a balance.  We have been in constant contact with her to get payment from her and she has gone from saying she would not pay, did not have the money, was out of town, would pay when she got back to finally contacting the Revdex.com. We have personally spoken on the phone 2x, she has spoken with our office manager 5x and we have mailed her invoices and copies of the contracts multiple times.We have also mailed invoices and pre-lien notices for the property.We have completed all of the work as we were contracted to do so, we have went back and addressed any concerns in good faith and have not been properly compensated as agreed upon.I am attaching copies of the contract/addendum/invoice/inspection sign offs.Thank you for your help in resolving this issue, please feel free to contact me directly with any other questions. Best. Erick O[redacted]Champion Windows
