On 10/2/17,I searched for PMIC to order coding books as I had a 25% discount certificate When I ordered, the 25% discount was not applied so I emailed PMIC that very day and asked if they could apply it to my order The email tracker showed the email was not read, so I sent a second request On 10/4, Lorenzo *** responded that he would be happy to assist if I sent the order number I immediately responded with the information and, again, the email was not opened I sent the order number several more times These were not opened either Today, I sent another email asking the status of the discount and Mr*** asked for the order number again When I provided it, he responded that my "IRE" was directed at the wrong company because my order was placed with medicalcodingbooks.com and they only mail the orders out There was clearly a bait and switch there because I searched PMIC to place my order in order to use the discount At this point, the discount is not the issue The email I got from Mr*** was inflammatory, unprofessional, condescending, and downright RUDE If you want to be treated as a customer, DO NOT use this company Their customer service is severely lacking They DO NOT respond It shouldn't take eight days to get a response to a request and then point the finger at your "IRE" The way they treat people is unacceptable And if you are looking to order from them, beware Your order may end up with some other company Go to a company whose employees act professionally and will respond to your concerns in a timely fashion
