I got my eyebrows microbladed here in november. They were two completely different shapes. It also hurt terribly. The girl who did them told me it was normal for them to look different right after & told me to wait for a day or two. Two days later they looked worse. I called the manager who told me 'you agreed to the shape that was drawn on before they were done'.. but I didn't agree to two totally different shapes. Two weeks passed & they started scabbing & when the scabs fell off there was nothing underneath. You couldn't even tell that I got my brows done. I went in & they argued with me that it was completely normal to not see anything after the first appointment & it would be fixed in the perfecting appointment. I argued with the manager who eventually agreed to refund me but didn't even apologize. After writting a review on their facebook page the manger called me & asked me to remove it. I refused. Since then I've gotten my brows done by someone else who did a wonderful job & the pain wasn't even close to being as terribly bad as this place!
