Patient misunderstood that Prairie Eye Center does not pay for hotel stays regarding out of town patients. We recommended the Carpenter Street Hotel due to their discounted rates they offer for St. John's Hospital surgery patients.

When I contacted Carpenter Street Hotel about their changing the rate AFTER we stayed. I was told [redacted] from Prairie Eye Center sent them the "WRONG COUPON" for the rate they had quoted us.
