To whom it may concern at Revdex.comWe have spoken with Mrs*** and reassured her the price quoted was indeed the discounted price for the special project. Because of the poor communication of the salesman, we offered a $maintenance agreement to the client at no charge. Because the
salesman was mistaken that the unit was eligible for a CPS Energy rebate, he wrote a check for $to the client. Since we were not replacing any equipment, the job was not eligible for the rebate. If anyone at Revdex.com has any other questions, please email me.*** *** - Tiger Services

Great prices and Great personnelBUT they replaced the windshields on of my vehicles and I had problems with them both, the first one they messed up the clips and the plastic trim by the windshield wipersWhich they fixed but we had to make an extra mile (miles each way) trip to get it doneDecided to try them again and this time they messed up the rubber trim that goes around itWhich they said they would gladly look at and fix BUT I work while they are open I hold jobs which ties up of my weekends and now it will be at least weeks before I can drive an extra miles yet again to have them fix my windshield rightSo I would say to you inspect the trim and clips all the way around the windshield not one time but or

This location is full of people that lie. I went in to get a phone on a plan and found that the sales rep lied twice in the time I was in there. So I kept my money and left. Please be careful of this location.

Complaint[redacted].We bought the extra warranty for the phone because I was promised that if I lose the phone, crack the screen, or damage in any way.....the phone will be replaced quickly. I spoke with Prairie Mobile at the beginning of April when my screen cracked on my [redacted] cell phone. They gave me [redacted]) phone number to activate the warranty claim. On April 8/14 I spoke with [redacted] and authorized a deductible payment of $100 to be taken from my [redacted]. I also authorized a $381 payment (deposit) as I was promised that I would receive my new replacement phone in 4-5 business days. This $381 deposit was to be held until I returned my damaged phone to [redacted]. I haven't received a replacement phone. [redacted] contacted me and I was informed that I would not be receiving a replacement phone, but rather a cheque for $700 instead. I have repeatedly contacted both Prairie Mobile and [redacted] in regards to not receiving the cheque for $700 and have had no assistance, leaving me to report them. During one of my conversations with Prairie mobile in regards to the cheque, they mentioned that [redacted] was holding the cheque and investigating a "fraudulent claim". I also want to mention that I have made several attempts to contact the Manager of Prairie Mobile Communications and have only had a phone call back with a sales rep. Desired SettlementI have been waiting for the cheque from the warranty company since April 2014. This cellular dealer has done NOTHING to help me in anyway. All I want is for the cheque to be sent registered priority mail ASAP, like I have been promised since April 2014.
