I am rejecting this response because:
Please see the attached documents showing that there is not any prompts notifying you of any fee. Also the Maintenance Request log shows that my inquiries have been cancelled. I have never attempted to call Colleen this is the first communication I have had with herMy only communication has been through the online system, and via email with Tara *** who has ignored my further emails and I can only assume that she is the person who monitors the Maintenance Request LogAgain, please refund my money, and update your website to ensure that there is a prompt to notify the tenants that there will be an additional fee if opting to pay using a credit card

Tenant moved in end of Octoberhe received November and December free for incentive for signing lease. He moved out February 2018. He paid months of rent received free and moved out. Our lease clearly states if you do not complete terms of lease you need to pay
incentive back. He did find someone to rent his unit for March 1st. He was told numerous times he would have to pay back rental incentive, I told him I would not charge re-rental fee which I did not do which was $300. I never spoke to him vulgar in anyway. He actually told me I was a miserable piece of @#%@. This is the 2nd time he has verbally yelled at me and the first time he apologized after he brought the gentleman in to sign lease. I am done communicating with him. Colette

First off Prairie Property is very fair on our security deposit return policy.  Andre has nothing to do with this deposit return.  Our Manager in Moorhead would of processed the paperwork after a move out was done.  The unit was brand new when he moved in   There was some...

cleaning that needed to be done.  So $30.00 was withheld.

[redacted],   I am responding to letter you sent me regarding [redacted].   I am looking at your time line and I have never received a phone call from you.  So I am not sure who you are leaving message with.   When you pay online it shows a 3% fee if you use a credit...

card.  If tenants choose to pay online with their account number and routing number from bank there is no fee.  I am not sure what she is talking about when she says the system showed her status was cancelled?  I am not sure if she had set up reoccurring payments on that same charge card or what she is referring to or if her emails were saying this??   Let me know if you have any further questions.   Colette

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/12/09) */
We manage for numerous properties all notices need to be in writing it is the tenants responsibility to get something in writing on or before the first of the month. We are very strict on this policy due to how many people come in one or two...

days late. He has called numerous times and talked to the property manager and then the phone call came to me and I told him our policy. Then he wanted to talk to owner of company and I am the one that handles all the complaints the owner does not. I have been doing property managment for 15 years and every where I have worked the policy is the same on giving written notice. We go over the lease with tenant plus they get a copy that they can review also. We are not practicing unfair business practices.
Tenant does not like the answer he received.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/12/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I WAS SENT MY LEASE OVERT THE INTERNET TO SIGN AND EMAIL BACK BY BOBBI AND NO ONE EVER REVIEWED THIS LEASE WITH ME. I CONTACTED YOUR OFFICE ON DECEMBER THE 2ND WHICH IS 30 DAYS FROM THE END OF THE MONTH (WHICH IS WHAT THE CONTRACT AND THE LAW STATE, NOT THE FIRST OF THE MONTH) AND WAS TOLD TO TALK TO BOBBI, I LEFT A MESSAGE AND SHE DIDNT CALL ME BACK, YOUR OFFICE MANAGER TOLD ME TO DO THIS AND WAS NOT ADVISED TO SEND IN A WRITTEN CANCELATION NOTICE AT THAT TIME. WHEN I CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO TALK TO BOBBI, SHE TOLD ME SINCE I DIDNT SEND YOU A WRITTEN NOTICE WITHIN 30 DAYS I OWE YOUR COMPANY TWO MONTHS OF RENT. YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER WILL NOT EVEN RETURN MY CALLS OR EMAILS ABOUT THIS ISSUE. I'VE SAID THAT I WILL AGREE TO PAY DECEMBERS RENT AND GIVE UP MY DEPOST GIVIEN THE SITUTATION BUT I FEEL CHARGING AN ADDITINAL MONTHS WORTH OF RENT IS UNJUST GIVEN THE FACT YOU NEVER REVIEWED THE LEASE WITH ME, I WAS NEVER VERBALLY INFORMED OF THE POLICY WHEN I CONTACTED BOBBI OR YOUR OFFICE MANAGER ON MULTIPLE OCCCASIONS INFORMING THEM I WAS BUYING A HOME, MY LENDER WILL BE CONTACTING THEM AND MOVING OUT OF TOWN FOR MY JOB. I FUFILLED MY LEASE WITH YOUR COMPANY, AND I AM TRYING TO WORK WITH YOU IN GOOD FAITH.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/12/16) */
We were working with Matthew [redacted] by email since he was out of state which is a common practice when leasing. So he never came in to office to do paperwork. Regardless it is his responsbility to look over and read lease. We do not assume a tenant is moving out when lease is done unless they send us written notice. They can live there for years on a month to month. It is my understanding he was totally moved out before he called our office. We are done discussing this he owes for December and January what he does not pay will go to collections in February.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/02) */
I will look into the landscaping issues that Mr. [redacted] is addressing as far as the different stool. We told him we would make an accomodation for him but it would be his cost. He has 2 bathrooms on the main floor and the one all ready has the...

taller stool.

I would like the landscaping issues taken care of. I want the two holes filled in and the dead tree taken care of. Thank you.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/10/20) */
We will take a look at the landscaping issues in the spring.
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2015/10/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
There has not been any Maintance here since May or June when I initially complained to the company about the landscaping issues.

I am rejecting this response because:
There was no cleaning to be done. It was in better shape when we moved out than when we moved in. This "move out touch up" is just to steal $30.00 dollars from everyone when they leave. They thought no one would complain about a small portion of the deposit so they could get away with it. The caretaker said every thing was fine on the walk through. And Andre is the one that signed the check. This is just plain STEALING. Also there was no interest on the deposit. By law they have to hold the deposit in a interest bearing account. [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:
I fulfilled my entire lease obligation.  Therefore, I do not owe Prairie Property Management any lease incentive.  I was threatened by the manager, Collette as well.
