There has not been any Maintance here since May or June when I initially complained to the company about the landscaping issues

First off Prairie Property is very fair on our security deposit return policy Andre has nothing to do with this deposit return Our Manager in Moorhead would of processed the paperwork after a move out was done The unit was brand new when he moved in There was some cleaning that needed to be done So $was withheld

I am rejecting this response because: There was no cleaning to be doneIt was in better shape when we moved out than when we moved inThis "move out touch up" is just to steal $dollars from everyone when they leaveThey thought no one would complain about a small portion of the deposit so they could get away with itThe caretaker said every thing was fine on the walk throughAnd Andre is the one that signed the checkThis is just plain STEALINGAlso there was no interest on the depositBy law they have to hold the deposit in a interest bearing account***

I am rejecting this response because: I fulfilled my entire lease obligation Therefore, I do not owe Prairie Property Management any lease incentive I was threatened by the manager, Collette as well

[redacted] , I am responding to letter you sent me regarding [redacted] I am looking at your time line and I have never received a phone call from you So I am not sure who you are leaving message with When you pay online it shows a 3% fee if you use a credit card If tenants choose to pay online with their account number and routing number from bank there is no fee I am not sure what she is talking about when she says the system showed her status was cancelled? I am not sure if she had set up reoccurring payments on that same charge card or what she is referring to or if her emails were saying this?? Let me know if you have any further questions Colette
