Steve from Prairie State Water Systems went way out of his way for us.....TWICE!!
first. Steve and his company bailed us out after another contractor lost a new well pump in the bottom of the well. his team worked in winter to help our family get water right away. Then, just last week, Steve stopped what he was doing and within hours came to our home (which was for sale) and evaluated the operation of the system to satisfy a request from the buyer. He didnt flinch when we asked for help and really did us a favor by coming out as quickly as he did. Steve and his team are the type of people we all love to work with because they are fair, ethical, and more than willing to go out of their way to help the customer. I fully recommend Steve's company and value him as a great contractor.

Steve just left my home ... He drove all the way to my house because there was a leak in my basement that I thought was coming from the water softener. I was wrong. I had inadvertently left the garden hose on and it had released so much water the result was water leaking seemingly from the equipment. Steve figured out my problem and left me with a smile and a handshake. No service charge at all!

He refused anything other than my gratitude. SO I am thanking him in public for his outstanding customer service. By the way, I called after hours and they came right over.
