Inside the store their are Drones for $and Drones that clearly state $AS IS
After puchaseing the first $AS IS drone this customer brought the drone back a week later and we were nice
enough to replace the drone for him
Two weeks later when the customer returned to the store I told him I was not able to
exchange another $AS IS DroneHere at Daves Darn Near anything We constantly tell our customers that they are more
then welcome to try anything out before they buy it, this being because of the high velocity of merchandise we recieve at one time,
we are not able to check everything before it goes onto the floorWe also have a One week return policy here at the
store, witch we give store credit for or an exchangeThis customer was a week over the dead line, on top of the
merchandise being a AS IS itemIt is also posted throughout the store that their is no cash refundsWe have been open for almost years
and we have not had any complaints filed before this oneWe take prdie in making our customers happy

The response from this store is nothing but liesFirst off, and I have the receipt to prove it, I was told if there was a probllem with it I could retuirn it for store creditit did not flyonly of the propellers workedi returned it week later and the nice lady gave mne another (which happened to be their last one) and I specifically asked her can I return it if it doesnt work to which she said YESthen one week after that I returned it because although all motors at least spin on this one, one of them was stripped out and couldnt spin as fast as the other so it was uselessupon trtying to returen this is when dave came out and said tough....sorry about your luck but they all worked.....THIS IS A STORE THAT SELLS STORE RETURNED ITEMS WHAT MAKES HIM THIHNK ALL OF HIS STORE RETURNS WORK?? there also at thuis timew was NO week return policy that is another lie and of course we can see that he just loves to take care of his customers...not....another lie....also my merchandise was NEVER or I wouldnt have bought it from the start!!! I surely wouldnt have returned one if it was so obviously, dave, that lie is very obvious....and even if you dont publicly believe me...ask your employee if she said I could return that itemI wouldnt have bought a second time....especially the LAST ONE YOU HAD if I wasnt told that.,...serioulsy bro think about it
All this being said.....I do not want to spend my money in the form of store credit at this store...I just want my moneyh back but not the sales tax I wasnt charged...you can keep that
I tried to just return it for store credit which would have been fine with me but now I dont want that...I want cash
