To whom it may concern: [redacted] called into the credit union on January stating she was overdrawnShe was charged overdrafts in the amount of $ [redacted] made an error and paid her bills through bill pay and chose the wrong account for them to be paid fromAt this time she talked to Becky and we returned the fees as a courtesy We told her that the checks could be presented for payment again [redacted] may not have understood what we meant, in checking her account it looks like she paid of the bills again from another account and from hers The checks tried to clear her account again on the 16th and there were no funds available so the account was charged $in nsf fees [redacted] again called in asking for fees backThis was deniedThis was not our error
