Our prana yoga studio llc has closedwe still operate under the same DBA at our other locations and therefor was trying to offer *** a resolution but did not get a reply from here from my email sent belowI was waiting for her response
We have a no refund or exchange policy on all receipts and that business has closedWe are operating another LLC and was hoping to offer her an extended expiration on her class pass but did not hear back from her until now:-(

So good to hear from you even with this loss we are sufferingIt was very unexpected for all of us, but the only way to not loose all three locationsIt is very hard sitting with this failure, especially when I know the quality and value we have would be extremely successful in another state
We are not giving any refunds but I will allow the use of these class passes at oaktree and we hope to grow that to evening and weekends as well as family yogaWe do have kids classes downtown on tuesday starting the 7th at the same time as the adult class
I will have the team alter the oaktree so that you can use your passes there and if we need to extend the expiration to september since you reached out to me and purchased this september, we will do that as well

I attached a PDF of the entire e-mail chain I had with the owner of PranayogaHer response was inaccurateThere was an additional e-mail from me and she responded to it as wellThe owner offered me the same exact resolution after I told her for the second time that I couldn't make either the Oaktree or the Downtown yoga locations workShe disregarded what I was saying again, so I knew I had to take another avenue starting with the Revdex.com
I attended the Southwest Pranayoga facility on my lunch hourThere were three classes available to me each week that I could try and make workAfter work, I pick up my son in the Leo school district where I liveTurning around and driving downtown is completely out of the question for a pregnant working motherThe Oaktree location is near my homeHowever, there are no evening options availableWhen the only class options are at noon, extending my expiration date to September of does nothing for meIf there was one evening class a week offered at Oaktree, I would never consume sessions by September of There just aren't options at this facility, I paid for optionsNot only that, Oaktree has a history of struggling because the atmosphere is not the same and it is isolated in a medical/office parkThe owner only recently started offering classes at this facility again after halting all classes for the better part of a year (maybe more?)
Bottom line, I paid for services that have not been delivered to me and I want my money returned to me so that I can practice with another company that provides me options that fit my needs

Pranayoga is unable to provide me the services I paid $357 for and should give me a refund. I cannot use their substitution of classes at another location and the owner Dani [redacted] does not care.
