Review: Received a gift card for my birthday in March 2013 and when I went to use it, there was a sign on the window saying the restaurant was temporarily closed. Sorry for the inconvenience. No posting for when they would reopen on the window. Called their telephone number and recording said that at the request of the customer this number has been temporarily disconnected. Went on the website for this restaurant and it is still up and running showing daily specials and today's hours and has an option still active for food/meal home delivery. Looked at comments from others on this website with others asking when they would be reopening but Pranzi has yet to post a comment or response regarding when they are reopening.Desired Settlement: $50 for the gift card I am holding and have been unable to use because they are not open.
