December 21, To whom it may concern, I apologize for the delay in responding to the customer complaint ***I am aware of the situation and have tried to resolve this issue previous to her complaint to the Revdex.com. Due to the nature of our client’s sensitivity our staff take extra time and attention to ensure there are no issuesAlso, our staff checked with the client prior to leaving the home to make sure it met her expectations, and she told the ladies it was well doneAfter speaking with the client through text messages it was clear that the client would not be happy with anything other than receiving a refundI reviewed the photos that were sent to us, spoke with the staff and text conversations with the client to ensure I had all the information necessary to make a decisionWe have decided to discontinue service with the clientThe photos she provided, were pictures of food crumbs, a strand of hair and what appears to be dog hair, all of which could have happened after our cleaning serviceThere were no obvious signs that this just had been piling up and was not cleanedThe client kept repeating her allergy and asthma flare up was due to our cleaning but considering that she also has a dog we cannot be held responsible, since dogs are constantly losing hair, releasing dander and running through homes causing everything to be stirred upThe clients dog roams the house freely through out the whole day including the time the ladies are there cleaningMight I also mention that with the cold weather among us the heater is turned on and when the vents blow the air this may also cause dust and particles in the home especially if the ducts are not cleaned before the cold season begins. Unfortunately, as I stated before WE have cancelled servicing the clients homePrasino prides itself in going up and beyond to give the service the client wants, needs and deservesIt saddens us that a client who cannot clearly hold us responsible for things that are out of our control such as her health, her choice to have a pet that can potentially be harmful for her, and the possible negligence of not having her air venting system cleaned and prepared as well would try to tarnish the name of company who does their very best to keep their clients happy As read and agreed upon by the client, our Customer Agreement states “There is no term limit to this agreement between the client and Prasino CleaningYou may cancel your cleaning service at any timePrasino Cleaning also reserves the right to cancel the service provided at any time.” *** *** Field Manager, Prasino Cleaning *** *** * ***@prasinocleaning.com | * *** *** *** Hinsdale, IL
