I hired *** and his cousin, ***, at the end of 2019 to do some tuck pointing work on my home. I was paying them hourly and have paid over $3,000. I believe they intentionally took longer on the job then needed because I was paying hourly. In addition, there is still work that needs to be done. I have requested a partial refund but have not received it.
She did not pay us. There was no contract. I need her to sign a contract if she wants me to work for her again. We take pride in our work.

They are scammers, liars, dishonest contractors, etc.

Up until this point, we had a verbal agreement on the work we would be doing and what we were being paid for. As I mentioned before, if you are wanting work to be done going forward we need to have a signed contract. Once a contract is signed I will be more than happy to continue working on the jobs. If there is an issue with the work that has been done already, please send pictures and I will look it over.
I have sent photo's of the poor workmanship and the dirty mess they left on my home, at very least I would like this company to come out and clean the area of my home they left a mess.

I am rejecting this response because: both of you are dishonest, milk the work, spend time do nothing & do very little actual work. The work is also unprofessional, sloppy work.
The money need to be refund / return for the time that you both milk the work on the job.

I have responded to this three times already. We were paid by checks. She owes me money for equipment, $2,000: for a ladder, a brake for siding and generator. She has asked us to start other work, but we will not until she pays us.

All his statements & responses prove that he & his partner/cousin are scammers. They lie from the beginning to the end, first, they said I did not pay them. After I showed proof & record of payment & their bad workmanship. Now he attempts to claim my tools & equipment as his tools & equipment when he never mentions it before in his first response. Shows me your receipts of these tools & why you returned it back to me if it's "YOURS".They both need to refund the money that I paid them but they did not do the work for it. They lie, steal, do bad work, scammers. They need to be exposed to the people. his cousin Ben also steal my Brand New Pull Chain on the ceiling fan just has been installed. Because I sent them to start a new work Why you never mention about my "request to refund my money" just keep of tracks & says something else which all are " A BIG FAT LIES".

We will not start any other work until a contract is signed and she has not paid us. She will not give my materials back. She never said anything about draw strings in her fan. No one took anything from her.
