Were you not available call our service team on Friday night or to bring it in on Saturday? Or, did my team tell you they couldn't look at it on Saturday? We are open for full service from 8 to 4 every Saturday. I ask this because I am trying to get a better understanding why you said we were closed for the week for service which is why you waited until Monday to contact us. Please let me know because if they told you they couldn't help you immediately or on Saturday that would be unacceptable on our part. On a different note, I want to apologize for where we clearly let you down when we ordered your tires that we incorrectly the first time. We try hard to ensure that we can fix it right the first time and make your time our priority. That problem was made worse by our tire balance machine motor burning out and having to wait to the repair tech to make it to our remote location. I offer these answers as an explanation not an excuse. Please allow me to make it up to you by helping with your bent wheel problem. I would like to extend to you an offer to take $200 off on us replacing your bent wheel with my sincerest apology for the mishap in ordering your tires.
