I am rejecting this response because:The service I paid for with the *** shipper *** (invoice attached) stated door-to-depot service to *** and the fee euro.It does not seem right that I am charged for fees prior to their arrival in *** (i.eLiverpool and New Jersey). The local "customs/handling charges" excluding delivery charges handled by ** *** amounted to $(see attached ** *** invoice). This seems highly exorbitant on top of the amount already paid to ship to the *** depot
