We would like to let Pratt Chimney Services know that Matt was extremely professional and polite. He rebuilt the fireplace wall, helped with installation of the liner, and cleanup. Repairs were all completed in a timely manner. Great crew. Would highly recommend them!

We have resolved this complaint with our customer.  It was a misunderstanding and we are scheduled to do additional work with this customer in the Spring of 2016.

Just a note of thanks to [redacted] and his men on the great work they have done for me over the years. Pratts Professional Chimney Service has repaired and serviced my brick and mortar chimney and wood burning stove since 2008 to my complete satisfaction. You are my chimney guys!

I did my homework before I hired a chimney company. I had several companies come out to give me estimates, and discuss what they thought needed to be done. The only company that gave me an honest answer to what I already knew, was Pratt's. It was a big job on my 1903 home. The chimney had to be lined, and I wanted to have the original brick (very tall)chimney rebuilt. It was leaking all the way down into the second floor, and the bricks were crumbling. Pratt's gave me the best reasonable estimate, and even after several months honored the price. The owner is a perfectionist about his jobs, and the work was done beautifully! My new chimney looks so nice that I told the workers that if I could put it on a chain, I would wear it around my neck as a piece of jewelry. The safety factor of having a sealed chimney, in this old home has given me great peace of mind. My neighbor also used Pratt's with my recommendation, and is very happy with the results. I asked the company to please put a sign up in my yard. A good honest business,with great results I highly recommend Pratt's.

Review: On November 11th of 2014 Pratts Professional Chimney Service came out to reline my chimney and seal the chimney flashing. I paid my bill in full only to realise that they didnt seal my flashing. Sealing the flashing was the main reason I called them in the first place. After many calls, messages and e-mails I have yet to get a response from them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to complete the job that I paid for in a professional and timely manner. I would like to have flashing that doesnt leak anymore. If they cant or wont do this I would like a refund.

The work was done as promised on time. The workers were very professional and cleaned the site when finished. The price was as quoted with no hidden fees. We were very satisfied with the finished job.

Great service - went above and beyond just sweeping the chimney. They found installation issues with our chimney that could have turned into a really bad situation.
