I received a notice from a collection agency that this business had turned my account over to them. I disputed the debt in writing. I have never been to this business nor have I ever heard of them. Today I receive notice that they are reporting this to Transunion and ruining my credit. I have never been to this dental group so how can I owe them any amount of money?
Explanation of Charges Please explain how i owe any amount when I have never been to your dental practice. If you can show me I have been there and received care and I owe the money I will pay it. Otherwise an apology and removed from Transunion would be acceptable.
