In response to the letter we received about [redacted] account or case # [redacted].  In January she did set up a  account for 5 LP bottles.  And she was charged a delivery charge and fuel charge because the tanks were delivered.  As the rental charges go all of our cylinders have a...

rental fee except when they  purchase the cylinders which was not done in this case.  The customer wanted to return the cylinders at the end of January but we don't issue credit on cylinders after they leave our possession.  So in order to help the customer out, so she could use up the gas Praxair and [redacted] agreed on the $.10 per day/per tank.  Then on March 28 the customer asked us to pick up the cylinders and when we tried  to pick the cylinders up the customer refused to pay the pick up fee.  So we ate the cost again and waved more charges to appease the customer and because of Mrs. Cook rejecting the pick up she incurred more rent which is the $18.98.  For the explanation of why she can go local and pick up cylinders for $180.00  they are not delivery and not charging rent for there assets.
