I ordered Zynev from Praza Health LLC about 5 months ago and have been using it ever since after a long search for something that worked. My wife and I are very much pleased with the results of this product! I know she is!

We've always ordered over the phone with Praza Health and can't say enough good things about their customer service and professionalism. It goes a long way in my book.

Definitely a scam. Have just found an unauthorized charge for $69.99 on my credit card. Sent an unauthorized bottle of vitamins for 39.99 on first order, too. Run,run, and run when you see the name Praza, LLC

Total scam. Read the fine print. They say you pay Only shipping. Which I did. But then they charged me over 100 dollars few weeks later. Non refundable... I asked to speak with manager. Wouldn't allow me to. Terrible business. Buiness will go under in less then 3 years. Steer clear.

I signed up for a free 14 day trial of addy focus and just had to pay shipping of $4.95. I knew that I would be rebilled if I did not cancel after 14 days. I was new to nootropics so the free trial was what I was looking for. After a week of taking the product I felt like my short term memory had improved and I was forgetting less the items that I needed to get done. I did feel an improvement in mental clarity. After the 2 week trial I was automatically billed $59.95 and sent a new bottle in the mail. The experience has been a positive one, I plan taking this supplement for at least another month to see if I sustain the improved memory and focus.

I ordered this product and never received it. They keep charging my cc and thanks to Chase Bank for picking up on the fraudulent charges they have been blocked from my card.

I am very upset about praza health they advertised product for 0.99 and 4.95 for shipping. Then my account was billed for 69.99 no managers or supervisors to talk with. The customer service agent were Jerry and cindy they have been programmed to say the same thing the offering 60% discount HE'LL NO. Refund my money.

Mu husband ordered this product. When I called to request a refund of two unopened, sealed bottles they refused. I said I would dispute with Visa. They said I would probably lose the dispute but offered 30% refund. Again, I stated that I wanted 100% refund, they offered 50%. Again I stated 100% and they finally agreed. This is a SCAM!!! They also charged multiple "shipping" and "subscription" charges which I did not get refunded but they were relatively nominal. BEWARE!!

Praza Health, LLC is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I bought a $4.95 trial of a brain booster supplement. It came almost two weeks later about 3 or 4 days before the Company charged me $69.95. I called to cancel any continued orders and they kept me on the phone for about 7 minutes before they would allow me to cancel. Then, they stated that the $69.95 charge was for the product that was supposed to cost $4.95. So, I would not be sent anymore product, but the additional charges would remain on my card. And, additionally, they threatened to charge me additional money for the cancellation. I told them that I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and they gave me a different company name. This is a terrible company that fully deserves their F rating with the Revdex.com in my opinion. Do not deal with this company if you can help it.

Understood that the product was a trial period and that I had to cancel within 14 day's. We had our basement flood and with my office in the basement I was unable to lookup the company info online. I just got access to the information and called them. TOO LATE! they informed me that I was past the trial period and that they would not reverse the charges! In fact the trial period should not be considered to be expired since it has not been 14 day's since I received the first sample. They offered a 30% refund and when I stated that that was not acceptable they offered a 50% refund. I again stated that that was not acceptable they became defiant and stated that they would dispute it if I disputed the charges with my bank! SCAMMERS!

Your product and customer service are really bad . just charging people's credit card for nothing. The product is fake not working. People be aware don't buy this product anymore.

I recently saw an advertisement for a supplement being sold by Praza Health. The ad stated you could purchase it for an initial review for $4.95. For that price I was willing to give it a try. Once I realized it was also an auto renew and I would be charged around $55.00, I called and cancelled. I also asked for a refund on the charges for the products they had not yet sent. The representative stated this would be done. I received a confirmation of cancellation via email. After six days I had not received a refund. I again called customer service. The representative stated that since I did not cancel within their 18 day window, they were charging me the full price for the products I was supposed to receive for the $4.95.

I went back a reread the terms and agreement and do not see it stated this way. They will not credit my account, please do not get conned into this scam.

Very bad business, CAUTION!!! Advertises $4.95 to try a box of product then. Get billed $4.95 then billed $29.95 the $0.99 then some days later billed $69.99 without any authorization!!! When called and complained they refuse to credit your account and offer 30% discount on product you never receive!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THAT REFUSES TO GIVE NAME OF SUPERVISOR.....

Requested free vitamins with paying shipping of $4.95. Said they included , in with the billing, must cancel in 14 days, if not wanting to continue. Continue what? They charged my debit card for $59.95 for nothing--I did not receive anything other than the so called free vitamins. Filed a dispute with my bank after try to get my money back from the company.
