I am happy to provide proof of these documents as they are false accuasations from someone under pressure personally.  First - our agreements are contingent upon us installing a tenant/buyer in the home.  The first transaction we had a tenant/buyer back out so we gladly told the owner to...

go ahead and sell for more money.  That's our option.  We have an "option" not an obligation to buy and we did not exercise that option.Second - 100% of obligations are being handled quite well on his second property.  100% of monies owed are paid and the animal control issue from the town was between a disgruntled town person with a complaint against the buyer in the home and was proven to be nothing more than that.  We received a text message from Mr. [redacted] stating that "everything was proved to be not a problem" with the town or something close to that.  Any town issues are between the town and tenant/buyer so if there was in fact a problem the two parties would handle it.  It's not our responsibility nor is it Mr. [redacted]s.Lastly, the final deposit payment we made to Mr. [redacted] that he states "we knew wouldn't cash" is completely misleading.  We had an out of State check held on us and we copied and pasted the screen shot to Mr. [redacted].  All payments from tenant / buyers are placed in a secure client lease account and then those funds are appropriately paid out.   The check by Mr. [redacted] was deposited the day the client deposited thus causing a non sufficient situation by about 3 hours.  We immediately called Mr. [redacted] and sent a text explaining and asking if we can wire immediately.  He and his wife stated they'd prefer we deposit into their account 2+ hours away from our office.  I was in town at a time (following a Doctor appointment) when his bank was not open so we again notified him and wired the amount plus the $35 + $15 fees caused by our client lease account.We pride ourselves on the hundreds of satisfied seller clients and we have been told numerous times by Mr. [redacted] that he was in tight financial situation with his move out of State and "needed money".  Mr. [redacted]'s peronal checking situation is not our business and we have no knowledge of how he runs that.  We were copied on the two bank charges and immediately wired those along with the $1500 remaining deposit on his property.In addition to the above answers to his complaint, we took on extra expenses on his behalf on both of his properties even though we didn't buy the first one strictly out of a courtesy as he was out of State and again told us he didn't have any money.  We put oil in his oil tank 3 different times during the cold weather and paid the electric bill - again all prior to knowing whether we would exercise our option or not.  With him out of State telling us he has no funds to run the property we felt the only moral and ehtical thing to do was keep the property in good shape.  We have not and will not ask for reimbursement for that.We will also email Mr. [redacted] how we responded to this and advise him that these are false claims and we stand by our 24+ years in the business and the decisions we make.Plesae have someone from the Revdex.com call me today to discuss what else can be done.Thank you for notifying us.
