Preacher's Repair

The communication, professionalism,and work they have done so far has been a nightmare. We have voiced our concerns from day one as our right especially in the contract, the ignorance toward what we have voiced, ignoring of our calls and messages, bad communication between both workers in this "business" and the work that we have pictures of is botched and unprofessional, we bought panels that they used for our walls, they overlapped the paneling, cutting so uneven,and our flooring that was done and as he says taken him so many hours to do which he has stated to be we do not pay him by the hour, and our floor is good in some sections and weak in many, with the flooring being cut and put in in random directions with gaps in the wood. With this going on this early in the work, we will be terminating the contract as our right to, 10 day notice for them to return any property, money or what is owed to us as stated in the contract. We wrote up the termination letter and are sending or handing to both workers with pictures or video of proof that it was properly delivered to them. We have paid half down on the day of signing the contract, and more work was needed so paid half of that a few days later, which came out to 2200 in full with receipts to prove. The max amount for the whole job was 5,000 with them taken off 500 of that because in the beginning we said we were going to terminate if they did not show up as said, because as said the communication was terrible and being ignored as we have proof of both. All together they could NOT charge us in the end of the job more than 4,500 which the contract states. They repeated how they underbid us and are losing their a*s on the job, but once they "finished" the floor and put the panels up and SPED away from our home without any communication, as we have been out of our home for 4 nights for them to do the work. We came home to botched work. So this is what we've been dealing with and more! We are fed up, the 2200 given so far is not worth the work that was done so far.
