Dear Customer, We can see you are very upset, and we are sorry that you are disappointed with the service you receivedWe are confused by your statement about paying “$to $to each payment.” The contracts you signed with us and our financial statements and deposits show you agreed to and paid $for one contract and $for the otherWe have receipts for all monies paid and refundedIf there is a charge that we don’t know about, please let us know, but we have reviewed our files and bank statements carefully We also show that, as an act of good faith, we made a partial refund after you made several complaints about your first rotationThis was despite the fact that you were able to complete all of your hours with that site, and we offered to find you a new preceptor We wanted to acknowledge the inconvenience you had when you had to switch preceptors for hours since the preceptor had to have surgeryWe would certainly NEVER knowingly match a student to anyone who was “unacceptably bad,” constantly verbally abused students, or who used drugs In your email, you wrote us that this first preceptor had been hospitalized for surgery We did offer to find you a new preceptor, but you said, “No, it is OK.” We talked about you trying another preceptor at the same site and that is what you ended up doing That is why you completed the rotation with her colleague at the same site on the first rotation We also offered to give that preceptor an honorarium, but you never repliedAgain, although you completed all of your hours in this rotation and the same site, and we were not contractually obligated to refund you anything, as an act of good faith we did provide a partial refund We have also stopped using that preceptor based on your comments We are quite confused about the second preceptor, however This Revdex.com complaint is the first time you have ever mentioned any concerns about her You never called, wrote or told us there were any issuesI know that this preceptor was unwilling to lie to your school about the hours you completed as you requested of her This preceptor is a highly reviewed, experienced, professional, and many students' favorite preceptor She has precepted countless students, for free She went above and beyond to help you in every wayShe was willing to provide you all of the hours you requested of her, so we are unclear as to why you are asking for a refund for any of the hours You decided to use another preceptor on your own despite her being available to precept you for all hours I know you felt that she only precepted “so she can get the money,” but she gave her entire honorarium to her hospital So, she did not receive any remuneration for precepting youBut she never did care about the moneyShe only precepted you because she was trying to help you We have had nothing but great experiences with her, and again, this complaint is the first we have heard that you were unhappy with her or your rotation If there is something we don’t know about, we are happy to discuss this further with you As far as we can tell, you completed or had the opportunity to complete all of the hours for which you were contracted The first preceptor you used (our first time using her but she was referred to us by other students) is no longer being used by us based on your review However, the second preceptor is still a much-loved preceptor who has stayed on our database At this time, we are not offering a refundWe have met our contractual obligations and feel we have offered you excellent serviceThank you for the feedback and know we are willing to look at problems in order to correct themIf any of this information is not correct, please let us know Quotes were directly taken from correspondence from you We deal with thousands of customers every year, and we have built a great reputation based on our high-quality service, dedication to our customers and commitment to helping our profession

If there is a charge that we don’t know about, please let us know, but we have reviewed our files and bank statements carefully.  We also show that, as an act of good faith, we made a partial refund after you made several complaints about your first rotation.
