Your watch comes with a 100m water resistance rating, which does indicate this watch can be worn swimming, showering etcAccordingly, the watch should not have condensation inside of it and this can cause damage to the movement over timeThe most common reason we have found for condensation to occur is if the crown is not screwed-down tightly or properlyAll of our men's watch collections feature screw-down crowns which help ensure water-resistance.Because your watch is currently not working properly we would be more than happy to repair it as a courtesy under the five-year limited warranty for free.To request a warranty repair, please visit the following link: ***Click on "Request Warranty Repair"However, water and/or condensation inside the case is not a defect of the product itself and will occur again if the crown is not secured properlyBelow is some information on screw-down crowns:Before operating this type of crown, it must first be unscrewedTo unscrew the crown, turn the crown counter-clockwiseOnce fully unscrewed, the crown would be released from the watch case and could then be pulled out to the first and second positions to allow for day/date and time adjustment, respectively.After setting the watch, the crown must be tightened back into the watch caseTo do this, firmly press the crown back against the watch case, and turn the crown clockwise, screwing the crown back into placeIt is essential that the watch and crown be checked from time to time to ensure that the crown is securely fastened in placeNote that the watch is only water resistant to its specified depth if the crown is properly screwed downYour model number is ***Your repair authorization number is ***Please write this number legibly on the outside of the box with a note explaining the issue you are experiencing as well as your name and return address, then return to:Precimax *** ***

I don't feel that me having to pay shipping and handling both ways, pay a service fee, to get my watch 'repaired' with no guaranty that it would be water resistant after the warranty work is completed. I don't feel this is good business ethics.  The money that I have to pay for shipping and handling and service fee is more than what I paid for the watch.  If you're saying that this is the way it is and nothing can be done to change it, please let me know.Thanks[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Although I am accepting the end result as I am receiving (hopefully) my product per your response, my interactions with Swiss Precimax have been less then unsatisfactory.  I have never dealt with a business where it took nearly three months to resolve an issue.  As a consumer, this has been by far the worst customer service interaction of my life.  If time, effort, and money weren't invested in this long process, I wouldn't support the product being sent just as I will no longer support the brand in the future.  I hope your future consumers have a more favorable interaction then I did in their time of need as it can't be worse then the experience I had.Regards,
