Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I [redacted] speaking on behalf of my husband and myself have NEVER disrespected anyone in Precious Angels! I am offended that the word disrespect was even brought up towards me or my husband. This is very unprofessional for someone who claims to have been in the business for 15 years to try to slander someone else because of the wrong doing that they have done. I am not asking for much but SIXTY DOLLARS for services that I paid for in advance that WERE NOT received because we were parents taking safety precautions for our child! If there were documentation (with my signature and my husbands) in the policy stating that I would not be able to get our money back that would be fine but seeing that when I asked Ms. [redacted] was this in the policy she stated “I’m not sure” Ms. [redacted] is pulling that information out of the sky and it is kind of pathetic. Meanwhile, Ms. [redacted] is saying that I was welcome to bring my child to her daycare, why would any parent in their right mind after they just had a disagreement with the director of the facility ever bring their child back into a hostile irate environment. I'm sure Ms. [redacted] as well as any other person would not have done that. My husband and I made the best decision as I can tell from the lies and deceit that is being shown in this communication. It seems as though all this facility cares about is money and not the well-being of any child or the families who need their help as they try to provide for their family. The THREE months that our child was at the facility had to have been the most stressful time of our lives. Nothing good will ever come out of lying. I never would have imagined that I would have been dealing with something/someone like this and I'm happy that we can make other families aware of the business in hopes they will stay away.Regards,[redacted]
In response to the complaint filed against Precious Angels Learning Ministry. We are here to help parents all around the board to meet their children's need as well as aiding their parents. I [redacted]...
[redacted] cannot go into detail as to the conversations with Mrs. that I felt was very disrespectful on Mrs. part
towards my staff and myself. I have been in the ministry dealing with children for over 15 years and I have never been called unprofessional. We treat our children and their parents like family. I take all my parents concerns and issues to heart and we work as a team to solve whatever the problem is.
Therefore, I will not tolerate anyone disrespecting my staff or myself. We are a team here at Precious Angels Learning Ministry and we believe in showing respect towards everyone. Once a parent disrespects us then we have done all we can for that parent and it would be best for them to find other childcare.
It is written in our contract all payments are paid in advance on Mondays. Meanwhile, Mrs. was welcomed to finish her week. Mrs.____ decided to take her child out. We do not give refunds because care was available for her child.
