I made two purchases on BESTBEDDING.COM but when I hit the purchase tab, the following page did not include any information about the purchase, no order number, no amount, no date. I did not receive any confirmation of the purchase in my email. I tried to call that night and several times the following morning but the toll free number is always busy. I contacted the Chamber of Commerce in Carson City, NV and they gave me the number to the "State Agent & Transfer" company that was listed as the company at the address for BESTBEDDING on their website. The State Agent receptionist said BESTBEDDING was a DBA for another company and would not give me any information except to take my contact information to pass along. I then contacted the Revdex.com in Carson City and they told me the company had a score of "F" with other complaints.Product_Or_Service: pillowcasesDesired SettlementI would like some confirmation from BESTBEDDING.COM that they have received my order and have shipping information for it. I want a local contact number that is not busy. I want to be sure that my credit card information is not in fraudulent hands.

I ordered a mattress pad as well as a set of flannel sheets from BestBedding.com. I recd my mattress and noticed it had anchor bands rather than being fitted. I tried calling BestBedding.com the day after I recd the mattress pad but always heard a busy signal. I then requested an RMA via their website and again never received a response. I was searching around the internet for alternative phone numbers where I found a new number. This had a auto attendant that asked me to leave a message. The next thing I hear is that the mailbox is full. As a last resort I faxed a detailed request to exchange the mattress pad. The fax was unable to go through because the fax at Best Bedding did not pick up the phone line. It is virtually impossible to get a hold of this company. When I try to call them at any time of day , I get a busy signal. When I try to contact them thru their web site, I get no reply. I have tried contacting precious bedding.com also known as best bedding.com. To return and refund an item but says you have to email them for a return number. Well it's been 10 business days and I have also called their 1800 number that goes to a fax sound. And I have also faxed them info and didn't get a answer to that as well to,their fax number.I have also seen on a site complaints.com numerous times people have had a problem as well.Product_Or_Service: Bed sheet setOrder_Number: NaAccount_Number: NaDesired SettlementI will return and want a refund
