I purchased a 3-month gift subscription for Campbox in mid-July 2015, and only today: October 9th, 2015, did the gift's recipient receive the first box, after multiple fruitless communications with the company, promises of expedited shipping, and promise of a refundThough they did bother to ask for additional billing information, though it was a non-recurring subscription already paid in fullThe product itself: I paid $for a three month subscription, ostensibly dollars per box times three boxesThe first box came with, by their own card and admission, dollars retail worth of product, a simple google search for the items shows their actual value if purchased separately well under that markI am now waiting for their response if they'll process a refundI want my money backIt has been a massive waste of time and moneyBuyer bewareThere are better subscription boxes for camping, check youtube for reviews

They claim you will receive a box every month. Its been 4 months now and I've received 1. It's now past the time they will give a refund. After numerous phone calls and emails, over 3 weeks later I finally received a reply. They said their computers malfunctioned and they lost contact info and apologized and would send the 2 boxes owed right over. It's now been another 3 weeks. Absolutely nothing. It should also be noted that you pay more for the box than if you buy the items in the box from [redacted].

The product itself: I paid $135.57 for a three month subscription, ostensibly 45 dollars per box times three boxes...
The first box came with, by their own card and admission, 38 dollars retail worth of product, a simple google search for the items shows their actual value if purchased separately well under that mark.
I am now waiting for their response if they'll process a refund. I want my money back. It has been a massive waste of time and money. Buyer beware. There are better subscription boxes for camping, check youtube for reviews.

My fiancé thought it would make a great birthday present for myself so in June/July of 2015 she ordered a 6-month subscription totaling $246.66. I was very excited when she told me about it and showed me their website. I even got a confirmation email showing my order number and address. Then, sadly shipping confirmations, no tracking numbers, and no boxes on my doorstep for weeks and then months.
Finally in February of 2016 after numerous emails and private messages on Facebook (the only means of communication that I could find since they don’t answer their phones) I received my first and so far only package. Only after posting my complaints publicly on their page as a last resort did I begin getting any kind of response.
It has been well over a month since receiving my first box and I have tried contacting them privately and publically as has my fiancé but our efforts have proven to be futile.
