Precious Memories Photography

Review: I hired Precious Memories Photography for my wedding on August 21, 2014. In the contract that I signed I was promised 1 12x12 flush mount album with 20 pages, 1 mini bride album, a flash drive with all wedding images and several enlargements. I have received the enlargements at this time but I have yet to receive any of the other items. I have sent several texts to the photographer [redacted] asking about the albums and flash drive. Several times he has ignored my texts. He has also made several promises to get these items to me the most recent one was that he would have a CD with all my images to me at the beginning of June and my albums to me by June 12th. Those date have come and gone and still have nothing. [redacted] has not contacted me letting me know that there was a delay and this has been going on like this for several months.

Review: I contracted with [redacted] of Precious Memories Photography to photograph my wedding on 5/1/14. I paid $1,350.00 plus taxes for ?The Dainty? package including the following: Complete wedding day coverage with no time limit; Two photographers; (1) 10x10 flush mount album, 12 pages; (1) 11x14 wall portrait; High Resolution DVD of all images. I feel that [redacted] provided extremely poor service and failed to deliver on several contracted items. The following are the items that I feel he failed to honor. During wedding: Only one photographer showed on up the wedding day; I was not informed until after the ceremony that only one photographer had showed up; [redacted] disappeared during the reception to eat one of my meals; [redacted] did not take any of my requested photos from the "shot list" I sent him before the wedding; [redacted] left the wedding early and missed the last hour of the reception and grand exit; I received multiple comments from different guests that he was extremely rude to them. After wedding day: [redacted] did absolutely no editing on any images; Album took weeks longer to arrive than promised with no communication as to why during the time I waited; Album did not include any of my last requested changes, which he confirmed were all made; Did not provide (1) 11x14 wall portrait; Ignored all calls/texts for months; Refused to deliver refund that was promised. I have been in and out of contact with [redacted] for almost a year now about the services he provided and my disappointment about everything. He has now been ignoring my calls/text messages since 10/28/14. The last time we spoke, he had promised me a partial refund to be delivered by certified mail with tracking on 10/13/14. I have not received anything as of today, 2/17/15.

I would like [redacted] to provide me the refund that he promised. I am requesting $675.00 - half of the fee I paid for the services.

Review: After paying to receive printed photographs taking by this man at a golf tournament he failed to a) take the photographs and b) upon my providing him with a digital file from another photographer, promised and then failed to print and deliver those photos. Will not return messages, answer calls, and no longer answers emails but did in the beginning. Date of event was 7/25/2015.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the (QTY 4) framed photographs that were paid for.
