Review: I cancelled services with [redacted] giving her a two weeks notice per contract agreement. In previous situations she has failed to comply to my request of keeping my child away from her dog while in care, she wrote unnecessary on his belongings because I wrote my son's name on it. She gave [redacted] one payment agreement and me another. I paid $130.00 for childcare services on Friday August 1st for care that was to be provided Monday August 4, 2014 - Thursday August 7,2014. She received payment on Friday August 1st and refused to provide care for my two boys. She received payment from me as well as [redacted] for the week of August 4,2014 through August 7,2014. Her excuse of not watching my children is that I have a outstanding $80 dollar balance which is untrue. I have the receipts she gave me to prove it as well as the letter she wrote. Her inconsistent fees do not comply with what [redacted] told me in person and in writing which cause me to lose my job as well as being unable to attend [redacted] workshops to gain full time employment.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $130.00 that I paid [redacted] because she did not provide care for August 4 to August 7th. I paid her $130.00 for a service that she willing refused.

Review: I was married in September of 2012 and had used Precious Moments Photography as my photographer. Services were paid for in full on the day of my wedding. After several months of waiting for my proofs and album, I called to inquire about my album and proofs. I was eventually given a copy of what I thought was all my proofs. I later learned as we sat down to put my album review the set up of my album that there were photos missing from my proofs to chose from. I requested a disc of my photos and really learned that a number of photos were missing from my proofs to chose for my album. I was told it would take 6 weeks for the album to be completed. About two months later when I didn't receive our album, I called to inquire about it. I was told it would be arriving in a couple weeks. We received our album in July. There were a number of errors to the album. I was frustrated and asked for money back for the incorrect album. Photos chosen were wrong, layout was wrong and our wedding date was wrong. They would not issue a refund. We met to attempt to correct. Forwarded corrections needed in and we were told again that it would be 6 weeks for the album to be returned. Again after not hearing from them around Thanksgiving, I called to inquire. I was told it would be out within a week. We were also expecting other loose photos that were agreed upon. Two weeks later I called to inquire and then it was shipped out. Upon receiving the corrected (or so I thought) album, I looked through the album when I received it and found errors still exist. The date was corrected but my husband's name went from [redacted](correct) to [redacted]. Some pictures and layouts were corrected but some not. I notified them again and asked again for some of the money back. They wanted me to send back the album so they can fix it again saying it would take about 1-2 weeks to fix. At this point I don't trust they will fix it and am not willing to wait another several months to get my album back. Business has moved.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund for an incorrect album. I'd be willing to pay them for the work they did on the day of the wedding but would like to be refunded for the album since they can not provide me with a correct album. I think having at least half of my money returned would be fair especially since the album I chose and paid for was their most expensive and complete album. The business had a leak in the fall and has moved. We were not notified. Their new number is ###-###-####.
