free introductory lesson with usFollowing her first lesson she was introduced to our Black Belt Program and found that it was a great fit for her daughter's future
Two weeks after her initial sign up, Mrs*** found that her current work was interfering with ***'s class time so we offered her specialized times to come in and work one on one with our Chief Instructor free of chargeUpon offering our services Mrs*** accepted our offer but never attempted to bring her daughter into our facilityWe reached out to Mrs*** additionally to offer her Summer Camp for free for *** to make up for her absence
Two months after her initial sign up Mrs*** showed up with the agreement for her daughter's Black Belt Program claiming that she did not sign the agreement for her daughterShe continued to try to claim that she signed the agreement for her daughter's Black Belt Program
We understand that sometimes work can interfere with a student's program but we always pre-frame class times on our detailed class scheduleIf a student can't make those times for any reason we always are willing to offer up a solution to make sure every student gets the class time that they deserveWe are still trying to work with Mrs*** to get *** working into the Black Belt Program that her daughter was so excited to join!
