All paperwork was signed and dated agreeing to the terms offered.  The Parent Handbook Receipt was also signed and dated.  In the handbook, it clearly states, “Tuition charges are based upon thecontracted plan which you selected at the time of registration….” The Parent Handbook does not include “Drop-in Services.” On the 2014-2015 Fee and Disclosure Agreement, which was also signed and dated it states, “I understand that all fees are non-refundable.”  Precious Time has agreed to refund the registration fee with the understanding it was not required as all forms were signed and dated. It appears customer did not read what he/she signed. See attached paperwork.

Review: I visited the location on [redacted] and specifically inquired about "Drop In" services. I was shown the "Daily Rates" section of a rate sheet and was assured, both in person as well as over the phone, that the scheduling I was requesting could be accommodated. I was told that the "REGISTRATION" fee had to be paid at least 1 week prior to attendance. I have since paid the registration fee and tried to schedule care twice. Both times, I was told my children would not be able attend on the requested days. Only on this last attempt, was I informed that I would need to schedule attendance a full week prior to when care would be needed. This was never said prior to the fees being paid. My work schedule is determined weekly, not bi-weekly, making it impossible to meet that requirement, and therefore impossible to use the service. I was told that regardless of my inability to use the service my registration is non-refundable. I requested to speak with either the Director or the Owner and was denied any method of contact. I was placed on hold and hung up on. This is has been a gross miscommunication on the part of the staff that has resulted in an extreme inconvenience for my family as well with my job. I have requested that the $150 I paid in the registration of my 2 children be returned because despite being very clear in my needs I was misled. I never would have signed up and paid knowing that this was not the case.Desired Settlement: I would simply like my $150 refunded.
