Hi Revdex.com,Effective 01/01/we began charging all our centers.Our standard rate for a center is $per month, per location.Due to this centers small size children we offered to give the customer a reduced rate of $per month for our services.I spoke with *** [redacted] about the new monthly reduced service fee and she became irritated that we would charge her such an high rate($29.99)We ended the conversation with she wanting to cancel her service immediately.Her bill was voided so she does not owe PreciouStatus at this time.She did not at anytime during the conversation or since requested attendance records.The attendance records for her center can be provided to her for a nominal feeThank youJim ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have asked for the attendance reports and Mr [redacted] has already acknowledged this request by stating he would only provide them for a feeI will not be paying the fee for the reportsAt this point, I would just like for other consumers and the Revdex.com to be aware of the poor business practice PreciouStatus

Hi Revdex.com,To help clarify we PreciouStatus have never charged the client in question any fees for our service.We had been offering our services complimentary for smaller center clients.PreciouStatus decided to begin charging clients with smaller centers (less than children) a monthly service fee to cover our data storage and operations fees.An email was sent to all of our clients about this new standard fee to be charged starting Feb1st 2018We made an offer to charge this client a much reduced fee over the typical $per month fee.This reduced rate of $per month was offered to the client.As the client has decided that the $per month is not cost effective and it was her decision to cancel service.We at PreciouStatus turned off the clients service.At no time has the client asked for any past attendance records for our servicesThank youJim ***PreciouStatus Director of Operations

At PreciouStatus we keep parents engaged in their children's daily activities while in school or daycare, using our mobile solution absolutely FREE to parents. Although the updates are sent on email, parents are encouraged...

to download our FREE app for Android or iOS to enjoy the updates and photos. By using the app they can enjoy additional features as well as enhanced security since our app is encrypted and email obviously is not, so we do not maintain photos on email long term. In this particular case, you were happily receiving update and photo emails, but you chose not to save the photos as you received them. In addition, you refused to download the FREE app where you can view and save all the photos for absolutely no charge.

At PreciouStatus we go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even if this is a FREE service to the parent. Therefore we have had our staff to go back and collect all the photos we have for you and they are included on this link, with the understanding that going forward, if you continues to refuse to download the FREE app, then you must immediately save the photos you receive on email. Failure to do either of these easy options will result in the same situation and we cannot go back again and dig through the millions of data for you. If any of this is not acceptable, we recommend removing you from the program all together.
