On the attached statement was mailed to *** *** and included language to pay the annual assessment by or his account would be given to the association’s legal counsel for collection at which point he is responsible for all legal fees associated with the matter, in addition to the maximum interest. On behalf of *** *** ***, Incthe attached statement dated was emailed to BCCS to mail him a demand letter for his unpaid assessment as no payment was received by the deadline. On BCCS mailed him the attached demand letter for the amount owed of $427.92. On check #was received in the amount of $by *** *** ***, Inc., c/o The Newcomb Group. Upon receipt on of said check, TNG emailed BCCS, *** ***, that the check was received and asked for advice on what to do with the check. Via email on 3.20.18, *** *** directed us to send the check to BCCS. The check was mailed to BCCS on 3.20.18. On BCCS cashed the check (see “processed items” attached).
