As per attached paperwork the door that was installed was the correct size for openingThe customer signed for the completed install which was done on November 16, The opening is not plum and the floor is not level and has a drop sill, the tech that went out to do the service call explained
that to the customerHe adjusted the door to make it fit as tight as it can possibly can beIn order to make it fit in the drop sill the salesman and the tech explained that the opening would have to re-framedThe customer was aware of that changeWe have done everything possible to make the install as complete as we canI was informed of this complant at 4:pm on December 1, and recieved the complaint this morning via email from the Revdex.comi

I am rejecting this response because: the Door is not the right fit. The installers even said it was not the right size. I had no choice but to have the door installed because when they took the old one down it was in pieces.

The door is the correct size for the opening as I explained in the original response. Due to the opening not being square and the door being made of steel, it would appear to the customer that way. The customer chose not to do the re-frame. The tech that did the service call adjusted the door so it fits as tight as conditions allow.
