For the past three years our business has a very productive business relationship with the agency There are numerous dental agencies in New York, Precise has outplayed many of them with their hard work , efficiency and dilIgence There were times when we had to call day or night times, sometimes weekends and Precise was always there for us! Thank you!!! Looking forward to more years of productive relationship! [redacted] ***
Very Unprofessional, unorganized, and rude
Not Professional At All!
I'd heard people using precise and having success with getting work so I thought I'd give it a try As a seasoned dental assistant and also a licensed Dental Hygienist, I was ready to get working with them and finally received a phone call early one morning I answered the phone and the person on the other end could not hear me They RUDELY sucked their teeth and sighed in disgust as they hung up the phone (I don't think they thought I heard that) I tried calling back, no answerI left a text message and emailed them, no answer
A week later I gave them a call, as I was still looking for work A woman answered the phone (whom I soon learned was a receptionist, not Josie who I'd been trying to talk to) and asked me for my name and searched why they called in the first placeShe said "a new office was staffing and they wanted to do a video conference." Nice, but may I have more info about the practice? She said "no and If I didn't want to do it via video conference then don't apply." Hmm, okay well can I have some info about the consultant I'd be speaking to via video conference? "No you many not and like I said everything will be done by video conference If you don't feel comfortable with a video conference then like I said you shouldn't applyBut I don't have minutes to waste explaining things over the phone with you because I am very busy with other clients."
I said, Okay no thank you and hung up real quick! So this is how you speak to new/potential employees? I think not, if you want to keep a good reputation! Bad news spreads fast and I'm making it my duty today to share this experience and tell everyone if you want to work with Staffing Agencies that are reputable, caring, and not strictly about money, but doing their job in a professional manner, DO NOT USE Precise Dental Staffing AgencyThere are plenty other ways to get work and be treated as the Respectable, Caring and Hard Working Professionals you are
I have worked with Precise Staffing since early 2008. Precise has placed me in high end office's. I have never had any issues. The service is accurate and outstanding. I currently hold a position from Precise Staffing and am more than happy.

I have used Precise dental staffing for over 10 years. My experience with the company has always been pleasant never had any issues either with billing, or the staff that she sends over. She is always available to supply your staffing needs.
Disorganized, does not communicate properly with clients. Phone manners are horrible. Go to Larkin better service...
Review: I have a long time paying customer of Precise since 2011 for temporary dental staffing services. I am writing because I am absolutely LIVID that this company has charged my debit credit card today for $2780.00 WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, not verbal or written/signed consent. I don't even have an account as to how they came up with the amount of $2780! I recently decided to permanently hire a temp that was sent to me who officially began August [redacted], 2014. The amount of the invoice to hire this employee was $3000. During the hiring discussions with [redacted], the [redacted] of Precise, she advised that she understood that this was a large amount and that we could work out a payment arrangement. Unfortunately, we never came to a final decision the terms of that payment arrangement and which credit/card or checking account that I would be paying prior to the employee beginning on August [redacted], and only began discussing the payment options this past Monday August [redacted] via text messages. I advised Precise that I could start with a $500 down payment as per my accountant and then we could her $250/weekly from a special checking account AND NOT THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE which would be $1000 for next 2 months. On Thursday August [redacted] responded that she would like to modify the terms of the payment plan to half down ($1500 or an additional $1000 to supplement the $500 paid already that was authorized by me), then a payment plan after that (but she still didn't say or send a written financial plan of what that payment plan amount would be). I advised her that I would that that back to my financial team to see if I could work out the additional funds. However today w/out consent they charged $2780! I have NEVER had a problem paying this vendor, I've hired permanent employees from her in the past, and Precise has ALWAYS gotten paid!! She took advantage of having access to my credit card on file. I contacted her today and she says she refused to refund because she was "offended" by the suggested payment plan termsDesired Settlement: I would appreciate an immediate refund for unauthorized charge of $2780 and a written payment plan! This is not the first time in the past 2 months that my card was charged without authorization. It happened July 2014. I specifically asked her July [redacted] via text message that although she has my card on file if she could give me a heads up BEFORE she charges my card in future. She responded on that day "I was not aware of the charge. You know I always ask you first". I contacted her today and she says she refused to refund because she was "offended" by the suggested payment plan terms
