Precise Dental Staffing

I was signed up to Precise through Josie for 8 months. In those 8 months they sent me on only two jobs despite me reaching out every morning and has not bothered to show interest in placing me at all.

This business is very unprofessional and unreliable. Their portal system where they advertise jobs is unorganized as well. You apply to available jobs and instead of actually being placed somewhere they keep you on "standby" forever until eventually the job just disappears. It seems they have a full roster which they can not accommodate new Temps but will have you join anyway which is false hope.

Their text hotline is a complete mess. They have you respond by texting back "1" or any other random number and instead of reaching back to let you know if you got the job or that it was filled they do nothing! No response what so ever and leave you hanging in the dust when a simple "Sorry this job has been filled would be just fine".

The lack of care and communication is astounding and it was only when I asked to be removed from their system did Josie text me back immediately saying "I'm sorry you feel that way". Complete gaslighting technique instead of admitting that she simply cannot handle her work load and did not give me a fair chance. She needs more employees other than herself to accommodate her Temp employees because she cannot function.

This is also after I did her a favor with an office that booked me through another agency over hers and she wanted me to take her side and book through her. Very unprofessional and if I could give zero stars I would. It is ironic that this business also isn't listed on Google or Yelp for proper review. I am sure if that was the case it would be nothing but bad reviews.

If you are a Tempt looking for consistent work please steer clear of Josie and Precise Staffing. You are better off going to Larkin as another reviewer has mentioned.
